Frequently asked questions
Does it work with every powdered formula?
Compatibility is broad, but it must be confirmed for the exact formula. Do not use a roughly similar setting.
How often should the funnel be cleaned?
The manual calls for cleaning the funnel, funnel cover and underside of the powder container every four bottles. Also follow daily and periodic maintenance.
Does it sterilize formula?
No. Powdered formula is not sterile. Follow formula-preparation instructions, Health Canada guidance and advice appropriate for your baby.
Can the final volume exceed the selected water volume?
Adding powder increases the final volume. Check the manual’s volume guidance and the instructions for your formula.
