The CG017CHN topper adds a changing area to the Embraced Forms double dresser. A side compartment keeps diapers and wipes close at hand. Once the changing stage is over, the topper can be removed to restore the dresser’s full surface.

Assemble and secure the topper
The topper includes a compartment for small essentials. Prepare diapers and wipes before placing your baby on the pad. Assembly and attachment to the dresser are required; the topper must not simply rest on the furniture.
Add the topper, then remove it later
Attach the matching topper using the specified hardware. Included felt pads protect the dresser finish. The dresser shown in the images illustrates the installation and is not included.

Check the support surface and pad
The support must be level, stable and structurally sound, with a surface at least 106.68 × 45.72 cm (42 × 18 in.). Always secure the topper with the supplied plates and screws as instructed. Never use it without a suitable changing pad.
Stay within arm’s reach
Remain within arm’s reach of your child throughout each change. Do not exceed 13.6 kg (30 lb). Also stop using the topper as soon as your baby can roll, as specified in the supplier’s product sheet.
Plan for assembly
Adult assembly is required. A hex driver is included; a Phillips screwdriver is required and is not included. The dresser, pad, diapers and storage accessories are sold separately.
Do not use the topper if it is damaged or broken. Keep small parts away from children during assembly and check the attachment before use.

Is the changing pad included?
No. Choose a 16 × 32 in. pad no more than 1 in. thick, excluding the height of contoured edges.
Can the topper just rest on the dresser?
No. Secure it with the specified plates and screws on a stable surface meeting the manual’s minimum dimensions.
What is the use limit?
The manual sets a maximum of 13.6 kg (30 lb), and the supplier’s product sheet says to stop as soon as your baby can roll. Follow whichever limit is reached first, and always remain within arm’s reach.
Can I remove the topper later?
Yes. It is removable and includes protective felt pads. Follow the instructions when removing it.
