Frequently asked questions
Can a newborn use the stroller seat directly?
No. The Canadian manual limits the stroller seat to a child who can sit unassisted. Its cover lists 6 months to under 48 months; the ability to sit and the height and weight limits still apply. For a car-seat configuration, use only a compatible model and its adapters, following both manuals.
Which limits apply?
The child must not exceed 50 lb (22.7 kg) or 45 in (114.3 cm). When seated, the midpoint of the head must be at or below the top of the seat back. A child using the stroller seat must also be able to sit unassisted.
Are the adapters and cup holder included?
Yes. The Canadian manual lists infant car seat adapters, a cup holder and a seat pad in the box. The infant car seat is sold separately.
Will every airline accept it in the cabin?
Acceptance depends on the airline, aircraft and applicable baggage limits. The compact design is intended for travel, but it does not guarantee overhead-bin space. Check before each flight.
How much can the storage areas hold?
The basket holds up to 11 lb (5 kg). The cup holder and rear pocket are each limited to 1 lb (0.5 kg). Do not put hot liquids in the cup holder.
