Frequently asked questions
Can a newborn use the stroller seat?
No. The seat requires a child who can sit unassisted, generally around six months. For a newborn, use a compatible carrycot or infant car seat within its own limits.
What are the seat limits?
The maximum is 22.7 kg (50 lb), and the middle of the child’s head must remain at or below the top of the seat. Follow all criteria in the Canadian manual.
Must I remove the seat to fold?
No. The stroller folds with the seat in either direction and stands upright when folded.
Does the Hop-On Board make it a double stroller?
It provides a sitting or standing place for an older child within the accessory’s limits; it is not a second stroller seat.
How much can the basket carry?
The stated basket volume is 32 L, with a maximum load of 10 kg. Keep bags in the basket instead of hanging them from the handlebar.
